Gentle Mindful Yoga is the practice of balancing the body with the mind and emotions. This connection promotes peacefulness, improved productivity, and a better state of health and well-being.
Breathing, stretching, strengthening, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques are used to improve strength, flexibility of body and calmness and clarity of mind. My intention is to provide a safe and supportive experience where you will feel relaxed and peaceful.

Therapeutic Massage is an enjoyable healing tool which promotes good
health and well-being. The goal of therapeutic massage is to achieve relaxation
and relief from discomfort associated with muscle tension.
The body and mind are closely linked, so with relaxation and rejuvenation
of body, comes tranquillity of mind and balance of emotions.

What an honour and privilege it is to work in the ancient healing traditions of massage therapy and yoga. After many years of immersion into the healing arts, I continue to be joyful in my work. Yoga has given me the good health and vigour needed to be productive and remain enthused. As I work towards my own personal goal of inner peace, I am humbled and rejoice in this most auspicious work before me.
My intention for the client or student is clear and always the same. My hope is that you leave the massage or yoga session feeling a sense of peacefulness and relaxation.
I received my massage and yoga education in Arizona and provided therapy there for 12 glorious years before moving to England in 2012. After four productive years in Devon, I relocated to the beautiful North Kent coast, where I have launched Namaste Massage & Yoga. I look forward to many more years of providing safe and effective natural therapy.
I have given over 10,000 massage therapy sessions and I continue to be inspired and motivated by my clients. My clientele is half female and half male. They are of all ages and come from varied backgrounds. Some are in excellent health and some are experiencing health related issues. What they all share in common is a desire to be healthy and feel better.
Namaste – I bow to you with love, respect and humility
