Gentle Mindful Yoga is the practice of balancing the body with the mind and emotions. This connection promotes peacefulness, improved productivity, and a better state of health and well-being.
Breathing, stretching, strengthening, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques are used to improve strength, flexibility of body and calmness and clarity of mind. My intention is to provide a safe and supportive experience where you will feel relaxed and peaceful.
If you are able to get up and down from the floor you may want to practice floor yoga with a yoga mat. If you have limited mobility the chair classes might be better. Some students do both and some start with chair yoga and slowly progress to floor yoga. The chair classes are perfect for older adults and those with illness or disability.

Who I Work With – After many years as a full time massage therapist I now share my massage therapy time exclusively with those who require special needs. (elderly persons, those with illness, those with disability) My technique varies according to the needs of the individual. My main focus is to make the session as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, while offering an effective release of tension from sore or tightened muscles.
What an honour and privilege it is to work in the ancient healing traditions of massage therapy and yoga. After many years of immersion into the healing arts, I continue to be joyful in my work. As I work towards my own personal goal of inner peace and well-being I am so pleased to share what I know with others.
My intention for the client or student is clear and always the same. My hope is that you leave the massage or yoga session feeling a sense of peacefulness and relaxation.
I received my massage therapy and yoga teachers training in Arizona and provided therapy there for 12 glorious years before moving to England in 2012. I live in the funky seaside community of Studd Hill with my wife Helen and our dogs Holly and Harvey.
